The short course concentrates on exploring the possibilities of artistic expression through the body. We will experiment by improvising, experiencing task-based exercises both individually and in a group.

Creative work must be a living, exploratory process that maintains an awareness of theatrical traditions. During the session, we will refer to selected aspects of one of the most influential creators of 20th-century theatre, Jerzy Grotowski.

Each participant will experience working on performance in different forms and find constructive feedback while sharing the material.

And all in a friendly and playful atmosphere!
